On December 9th, Adan held the “BUIDL in France” conference, an event with an international scope aimed at presenting the regulatory framework for crypto-assets in France.
Adan and its members examined the state of play of the French “post-regulation” crypto industry and an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the ecosystem. The report “France of digital assets – After PACTE and COVID19: State of play and assessment of the ecosystem” summarizes this work.
Adan is answering the European Commission’s consultation on the next revision of the rules applicable to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (LCB-FT), scheduled for January 2021. The Association takes a general position on this occasion.
