Victor Charpiat elected as President of Adan’s Legal Committee

We are pleased to announce the election of Victor Charpiat, lawyer at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, as the new President of the Legal Committee of Adan.
This one-year mandate marks an important milestone for the Committee, and we wish to express our gratitude to his predecessor, Pierre d'Ormesson, for his remarkable work and dedication over the past few years. His leadership has led to significant advancements on increasingly complex issues, and we warmly thank him for his commitment.

As President of the Legal Committee, Victor Charpiat will represent the Committee within Adan's Board of Directors, composed of 15 elected members responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the association. Alongside his fellow board members, he will play a key role in managing Adan's missions, with the Board fully supporting him in this new responsibility.

Victor will also be responsible for representing the Committee to institutional stakeholders, regulators, and the media, with the goal of promoting and defending the interests of the industry. He will oversee the planning and supervision of the Committee's work, which includes coordinating with other Committee Presidents and managing projects that are a priority for the Legal Committee.

With his combined expertise in regulation and crypto, Victor Charpiat is well-equipped to tackle these challenges. His commitment and strategic vision will bring new energy to the work of the Legal Committee, which is evolving to meet the demands of regulation and compliance.
