On December 9th, Adan held the “BUIDL in France” conference, an event with an international scope aimed at presenting the regulatory framework for crypto-assets in France.

Following an Ordinance dated December 9, 2020, completed by two decrees to be published by the end of 2020, the following adjustments to the “PSAN” (digital asset service providers) regime are implemented, some of them pending the decrees.

Adan and its members examined the state of play of the French “post-regulation" crypto industry and an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the ecosystem. The report “France of digital assets - After PACTE and COVID19: State of play and assessment of the ecosystem” summarizes this work.
