An introduction to the regulatory framework for crypto-assets as implemented in France.
On December 9th, Adan held the “BUIDL in France” conference, an event with an international scope aimed at presenting the regulatory framework for crypto-assets in France.
Following an Ordinance dated December 9, 2020, completed by two decrees to be published by the end of 2020, the following adjustments to the “PSAN” (digital asset service providers) regime are implemented, some of them pending the decrees.
