ADAN gives its opinion on the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force
On 21 June 2019, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) issued recommendations on digital assets to the group’s member states. ADAN wishes to accompany the Public Authorities in the effective implementation of these recommendations. We present in this document the recommendations of the association on the modalities of this transposition.
